In 1997 the birth of Slab Kit (Pty) Ltd took place under the leadership of Shamiel Woods. The focus of the company was to set leadership in slabbing of multi-storey structures, both in residential market and commercial.

The development of pre-stressing technology has undoubtedly improved because of Slab Kit’s influences. From a dream of one man to a work force of  45 team members filled with dedication and ambition. Slab kit (Pty)  Ltd improved each moment of each day, balancing the development of the business with individuals that make every step possible.

Starting out with designing of multi-story structures to manufacturing of pre-stressed beams, hollow blocks, bending and assembly of over 100 tons of steel per month- and moving on to the next level of engineering.
