Nominal size 150 x 60mm, mass 21kg/m. Manufactured to required strength Concrete strengthn at transfer 25MPa, Ultimate 40 MPa at 28 days.
Concrete Blocks 220mm wide x 500mm long. Closed ends are supplied when required. Half blocks are supplied when required. 5% Extra are supplied for breakages.
Reference 100 weldmesh including 12% extra for overlap is supplied. Y10 reinforcing bars in straight lengths are supplied for stiffener ribs.
Superimposed loads limited to deflection of span/250 or 15mm. Slab depth should not exceed span/30. Insitue concrete 25MPa at 28 days. Tempory support at maximum 1800mm centres along rib length. Prestress wires 4,0mm Ø, 1700 MPa yield stress.
